PROJECT INFORMATION

Platinum Electricians completed a lighting upgrade in a retirement village in Sydney’s west. The upgrade was for the external lighting on multiple domestic dwellings. This project removed non-compliant lighting to ensure the retirement village was meeting Australian standards.

  • Lux levels increased and P1 lighting standards have been achieved to engineering standards
  • Project completed with minimal distribution to surrounding residents.
  • Project completed within budget and on time

COST SAVING INITIATIVES

Maintenance costs of lighting will be reduced due to the installation of LED light fittings.  

 

 

PROJECT INNOVATIONS

Installation of above ground concrete Plinth allowed for a longer bollard light life and is a work practice that also allows for easy replacement with no ground disturbance required.
