PROJECT INFORMATION

Platinum Electricians were engaged to install CT Metering and Private Meters throughout their properties to remotely monitor the power usage for future sustainability projects and the ability to:

  • Provide occupants with detailed energy usage
  • Create plans from data to reduce costs and carbon footprint

SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Sourcing meters and CT metering that would be capable and compatible for existing energy monitor system
  • Work with multiple property managers, businesses and occupants for access to complete prep works and suitable times after hours where site could be shut down for CT metering installation
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders to connect new meters to existing data monitoring company to provide daily energy usage updates to customer
  • Testing and commissioning of system

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Dedicated PM co-ordinating across multiple sites for access and shutdowns
  • Assigning a dedicated technician in each state for consistency in workmanship
  • Communication to multiple stakeholders involved to ensure job runs smoothly
  • Working with various sites to ensure works were carried out with minimal disruption
  • Working through various COVID conditions in each state to ensure customers’ needs are still met
