KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Flexible Working Hours
To minimise disruption to regular cemetery activities, the project embraced flexible working hours. This approach ensured that the LED upgrades were seamlessly integrated into daily operations without compromising the respectful and serene environment of the cemeteries.

Special Industry Considerations
Recognising the unique nature of cemetery settings, special considerations were incorporated into the project plan. Delicate areas, such as mausoleums and memorial spaces, were handled with the utmost care and sensitivity to maintain the sanctity of the surroundings.

Utilising National Buying Power
GMCT leveraged Platinum's national buying power and longstanding relationships with suppliers to keep material costs at a minimum. This strategic approach allowed the project to achieve cost-effective LED solutions without compromising on quality, directly benefiting the client.

Dedicated Project Manager
A dedicated project manager oversaw the entire LED upgrade initiative, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution. This hands-on approach facilitated effective communication, efficient problem-solving, and a streamlined project timeline.

The successful implementation of these LED upgrades showcases GMCT's commitment to sustainability, significantly reducing energy consumption across multiple cemetery sites in the Melbourne region.
