PROJECT INFORMATION

This project involved the upgrade of several distribution boards throughout the Centre that had been deemed a hazard by an electrical engineer.

The project also involved the replacement and upgrade of a main switchboard on site to accommodate a load increase.

  • Manage Council and on-site customer expectations
  • Organise multiple power outages without affecting customer operations
  • Liaise with multiple contractors to complete works
  • Manage pre-set project budget
  • Manage on-site technicians
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

A major achievement during this project was replacing the 1500A main switchboard overnight during a single 10-hour shift. This involved a high level of planning and management, and coordination with multiple key stakeholders.
